The MCA-rization of the DAP

At last, finally, akhirnya, a magnificent success for Mahathir. Congratulations are in order.

15 years after his quasi-resignation as PM of Malaysia, he has succeeded beyond his wildest dreams, in what he could not achieve in his earlier 22 years of PM-reign.

He has gotten rid of the accused Rocket, the obnoxious DAP flag and hateful logo, something his predecessors TAR, Razak, Hussein Onn and those who came after him, AAB and Najib, failed to do.

I suspect that PAS' prayers and curses might have helped too, wakakaka.

sad ending to a glorious historykilled by short-sighted greed and lack of principle

The tragic story is reported in MM Online's No ‘rocket’ for DAP in GE14 (Extracts):

what shall we do with our flags?

the solution to above silly question

KUALA LUMPUR, April 5 ― DAP confirmed today that it would not be using its “rocket” logo in peninsular Malaysia for the 14th general election, a first since its formation.

Party secretary-general Lim Guan Eng said the DAP agreed to “sacrifice” its logo for a common one to be used by all Pakatan Harapan (PH) component parties in their bid to wrest Putrajaya from the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition.

DAP has kowtow-ed to His Imperial Imperator's dictate as reported by FMT's Pakatan’s 4 parties to use one logo, says Dr M:

So let it be written, so let it be done

Imperator  Pribumi
Veni, vidi, vici and I f**k the rocket

It's official now, that under the same Imperator Pribumi,  the DAP has been completely MCA-rised as per the BN model. The non-rocket party shall now reap what it has sown.

  2. Poor Karpal Singh must be rolling in his grave shouting "Where has all the principles gone to? First sell your Mother and daughters and now even your grandmother. What's next? Sell the ancentral house?"

Without the Rocket logo, what are DAP supporters voting for? And what about Bersatu, PPBM supporters?

Is it going to be explained as follows :

Actually we are voting for DAP when you vote PKR? Actually you are voting for Bersatu when you vote PKR? Actually you are voting for PPBM when you vote PKR? Actually you are voting LKS when you vote PKR? Actually you are voting Mahathir when you vote PKR? Actually ...............

    What is actual anymore?

  3. May not be all bad considering the number of malays who absolutely detest the rocket, thanks to the phobia cultivated by UMNO/PAS.

  4. If they can sell out their principles just ensure victory, what's importance of a party logo? The party echelons long ago have sold their souls to the devil.

  5. What a load of hogwash principles! What you guys are doing is to ensure BN uninterrupted corrupt rules and continuous injustice, wrongfulness, corruption by your #UndiRosak, unashamed support directly or indirectly for "You help me I help you", subtle, veiled attack and obvious sabotage of the PH effort. Long lives kleptocracy!!!

    1. Like some tin kosong mentioned:……long ago have sold their souls to the devil le!

So what do u expect them to talk?

The BIG picture or the ego?

In fact, I think that by not using the rocket logo in the PM'sia election campaign IS a good move!

For DAP, like it or not, it has reached it's peak of acquiring more Nons's (especially the Cinapeks') votes. The ONLY source of new votes CAN only coming from the Melayu.

Judging from the yrs of brainwashing done on them, especially the blur-sotongs of the heartland, from umno, the mere sight of the rocket is revolting to their subconscious minds - the flesh is willing but the mind is strongly opposing!

Thus, using a new or a neutral logo, w/o mind associating with that chronic residue of rocket hating, that huddle CAN be overcome.

In short, another brilliant attacking strategy to neutralize that ketuanan mind-block!

    2. Goes both ways. Those who have been brainwashed to vote Rocket all these decades might get confused and pangkah Bulan instead! Hohoho!
