Mecca Tragedy - What the Devil has been going on?

Not including those killed by political upheavals or terrorism, or by air crashes related to the Hajj going to or returning from Mecca, the cases of deaths associated with the Hajj in Mecca have been following:

Jamarat Bridge

1990 - Stampede in tunnel at Mecca causes deaths of 1426 pilgrims, most from Indonesia and Turkey.

[Kaytee notes that al- Mu'aysam tunnel connected Mecca to the pilgrim tent city of Mina, below Mount Arafat – and Mina is where the Jamarat bridge is]

1994 - Stampede near Jamarat Bridge in Mena kills 270.

1997 - Fire kills 343 pilgrims at camp in Mena

[KTemoc notes that Mena or Mina is where the Jamarat Bridge is]

1998 - Stampede near Jamarat Bridge kills 119.

2001 - Stampede near Jamarat Bridge kills 35.

2003 - Stampede near Jamarat Bridge kills at least 14.

2004 - Stampede near Jamarat Bridge kills at least 251.

2006 - Collapse of a Mecca hostel housing pilgrims kills 76; plus 345 killed near Jamarat Bridge

Luluat Al-Kheir

Do we see the association of the Jamarat Bridge in virtually every one of the listed tragedy?

What the Devil has been going on?
